Principal soil type: Clay and limestone

Principally Grenache and Cinsault with a small amount of Carignan. Rosé de Presse (as opposed to Saignée) where the pressed juice is quickly separated from the grape skins and solids resulting in a lightly colored and delicate wine. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.

The pale pink color of this rosé foils its vibrantly hued aromatics. Brilliantly perfumed with wild strawberry, thyme and soft florals, the wine is unashamedly inviting. A subtle minerality mid-palate gives depth to the wild aromatics while bright acidity envigorates the sweeter floral and fruit notes and lends uplift. It is this tension that reveals a certain delicacy and complexity. This delicate yet richly expressive rosé continually invites you in, sip after sip.

Les Petits PasSaturated bright red-ruby color. Lively aromas and flavors of black cherry, licorice, pepper, spice and lavender, some would say garrigue.

Les ClapasOld-vines carignan blended with grenache, cinsault and syrah yields a lovely wine that seems to offer an escape to France in every sip.

Le Grand PasWhile there is structure to last a decade if needed, it displays remarkable transparency and finesse. If there were a Grand Cru designation in the Languedoc, this parcel would easily classify.
