As the name indicates, the emphasis here is on pleasure, forward fruit and freshness. The delicate tannins are reflective of the varietals in question rather than a rigourous extration process. The emphasis on fruit points to a wine intended to be consumed in its youth, among friends, during the happy hour or as a companion for uncomplicated meals.
In order to meet the demand for this cuvée, grapes are purchased from a companion viticulteur and grown in accord with Da Ros' guidelines. As such, it is the only wine in Elian's catalog not entirely composed of domaine fruit and not certified organic.
As the name suggests, a wine for any occassion. Emphasis on dark yet bright, primary fruits, mineral accents and a delicate structure. Beaujolais meets the Southwest.
Coucou Blanc60% Sauvignon Blanc with 30% Semillon and the balance Sauvignon Gris. A white wine atypic for the region and an hommage to his time spent in Alsace.
Abouriou90% Abouriou with 10% Merlot. Vinified by semi-carbonic maceration, which is to say, whole cluster fermentations with occassional punch downs.

Le Vignoble d’ÉlianPrimarily Cabernet Franc, with some Merlot and Syrah. The deft use of Syrah here adds a note of Northern Rhône meets Bordeaux.
