90% Abouriou with 10% Merlot. Vinified by semi-carbonic maceration, which is to say, whole cluster fermentations with occassional punch downs. A wine which is both bright with tart blackberry aromas and full of herbal flavors. If you like dark fruit and dark, earthy Cabernet Franc then this wine will appeal.
